Child and Teen Psychological Therapy

Child and Teen Psychological Therapy

Our approach to child and teen psychotherapy is guided by experience and knowledge of cognitive, behavioral, developmental, attachment, interpersonal, and family functioning.

Children and teens may experience a variety of behavioral, emotional,  or social concerns. We start our process with a diagnostic assessment to achieve an accurate diagnosis. We then work with you to develop a treatment plan that focuses on addressing the identified areas of concern and symptom reduction. The treatment plan is based on effective approaches for the identified diagnosis, taking into account the child or teens current level of functioning. We will partner with you to identify the most appropriate, evidence-based psychological therapy services to address challenges and promote psychological health.

We incorporate a variety of approaches to enhance outcomes for our patients including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
